Well I have some testing to do, but it seems that with the 87 gr. Vmax (molyed) pushed by 52 GR. of N160 or 51.5 GR. of RL-19 shoots pretty good. Velocity runs around 3675 fps. I shot consistent 1 in. groups at 500 yds with either of these loads. Man I love that Bat action! I have some Berger 88 gr. LD's  ordered and will test them as well. They have the same BC as the Vmax's but are a custom bullet that ought to shoot great. The action is Bat's Model B round action with a fluted bolt. It is R. Bolt, L. Port with a .308 bolt face. The port is 3.0 inches which is perfect for the 6 MM IMP because of it's OAL. I have the 8x32x56 NXS scope mounted to Bat's .20 MOA aluminum  Weaver style base. I use Burris Signature rings because they are self aligning and easy on scope tubes, plus you have the option of adding more MOA if needed. The barrel is a Krieger SS 12 tw cut to 26in. I installed a Harrell brake because I hate recoil and I like to be able to spot my hits when target shooting and hunting especially hunting. When hunting I am usually by myself so when I eyeball  a varmint I want to see my shot flatten him....I hardly ever miss....hehe! Make sure you have your ear plugs in....man that thing is loud! The stock is Richard's Custom Rifles Model 005 Thumbhole Varminter. This is a big stock and it will ride the sand bags very well. Took me a while to get used to this stock as I have never shot a thumbhole. It is very comfortable and easy to control when you are shooting a moveing target all tho I don't use it for that. My first kill with this rifle was a coyote at a little over 200 yds., she was moving along at a slow clip and had to give her the ole' Texas heart shot before disappearing over a hill!!

Warning: These are max loads that work in my rifle, so start at least 10% lower and work up.
