Making a click chart.
I got a chance to review Richard Franklin's "Click Chart" video and I can highly recommend it. Richard does a good job of explaing how long range shooters can hit their targets by using a click chart. He details the correct path of the bullet to the target, the variables that affect the bullet path and shooting up hill and down hill. What you thought you knew is confirmed or blew away! The video is approximately 75 min. and is in DVD format.
From his site:
"Learn how to make your chart accurate as possible. Getting the necessary measured drops. Jiggling a Ballistics program to make your chart as close as possible at all ranges. Scope adjustments. Long range scope bases. Testing your scope for repeatability. Trajectory, what the bullet does after leaving the barrel. Get a quick zero. Forget that true MOA is 1.047" @ 100 yds. and go out and make those hits at long range with confidence. Many tips on long range shooting."
